The Fleet Administrator supports the day-to-day operations for a fleet with thousands of units operating nationwide. This role is also responsible for the oversight of our driver and fuel management programs, setting up POV allowances for drivers, processing vendor invoices to accounts payables, managing and tracking leases, and assisting with internal audits. The Fleet Administrator is also responsible for ensuring our compliance with policies and keeping business units informed of notices and changes.

ROLE SUMMARY
MasTec is seeking a transformational Vice President of Fleet Operations to serve as key business leader within the Power Delivery segment. This high profile role will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and partner with operational and fleet leaders across the segment to refine, plan and execute synergy strategies, while also strengthening and supporting our regional operating model. Evaluation and management of fleet investments, maintenance, risk and regulatory compliance, and disposal are all in scope.
